Appointment Cancellation Policy:

All clients are required to maintain a valid card on file at all times. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a $75 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file. 

Providing at least 72 hours’ notice for any appointment changes helps us thoughtfully manage our schedule and ensures we can continue delivering the high-quality, personalized care that is central to our care model. Thank you for your understanding.
