At Midwife + Co, we strive to provide quality care and ensure availability for all our patients. In order to help us maintain our schedule and ensure smooth operations, we kindly request your understanding and cooperation with the following policies:

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

New Appointments & Annual Well-Woman Exams: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Returning OB Appointments: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Failure to cancel within the specified time frame or failure to attend your scheduled appointment will result in a no-show fee of $75.00 being charged to the credit card on file.
