Position - Full-Time Janitorial Services Specialist

Location: Fort Worth + Willow Park, Texas
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and professional Janitorial Services Specialist to maintain our Fort Worth and Willow Park offices.

The position will work at both locations each week, with the schedule split between Fort Worth and Willow Park based on operational needs. Candidates must be willing and able to travel to both locations each week.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Take pride in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment

  • Have strong attention to detail

  • Work independently and manage daily cleaning responsibilities

  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality around patients and staff

  • Follow cleaning, sanitation, and infection-control procedures

  • Safely handle cleaning products and equipment

  • Be willing and able to travel between both office locations each week

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize offices, exam rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas

  • Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces and designated areas

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain assigned areas

  • Empty trash and recycling

  • Clean break rooms, kitchens, and other shared spaces

  • Replenish restroom and janitorial supplies

  • Follow healthcare sanitation and infection-control procedures

  • Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals

  • Perform routine and periodic deep-cleaning duties

  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs

  • Maintain clean and organized janitorial supply areas

  • Protect patient and practice confidentiality

  • Perform other cleaning and facility duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Fort Worth and Willow Park each week

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

  • Ability to work independently and follow established procedures

  • Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment

  • Professional and respectful interaction with patients, staff, and visitors

Preferred

  • Previous janitorial, housekeeping, commercial cleaning, or healthcare cleaning experience

  • Experience working in a medical or healthcare environment

  • Knowledge of healthcare sanitation and infection-control practices

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, and lift cleaning supplies and equipment. Must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
