Erika Mathis

certified nurse-Midwife, masters of science in nursing.

Erika Mathis attended nursing school at Texas Christian University, where she obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She moved to Dallas after graduation and worked as a labor and delivery nurse for 7 years at Parkland Hospital and Baylor University Medical Center. Here, she realized that she wanted to walk with women through all stages of their life as a midwife and graduated from Georgetown University with her Masters of Science in Nursing in Nurse-Midwifery.

Erika lives in Dallas with her husband, Jack, and her two children, Henry and Hattie (both born with Midwife+co). In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, a great book, and walking her two dogs.
