If you're preparing for an unmedicated birth and want to build the knowledge, skills, and confidence to navigate labor, this comprehensive course is for you! You'll learn how to prepare physically, mentally, and emotionally for your birth experience, with a strong emphasis on partner involvement.

Andrea Brannock is an experienced childbirth educator and doula who frequently works alongside our midwifery team. Her familiarity with both in-hospital and out-of-hospital birth makes her an invaluable resource for expecting families.
