Kalie Hedrick

certified nurse-Midwife, MASTER OF NURSING SCIENCE

Kalie was born and raised in Illinois and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Olivet Nazarene University. After graduation, she and her husband Wes relocated to Dallas for his job. Kalie has worked in the medical ICU, heart and vascular telemetry floors, and as a fertility nurse. In 2018, she accepted a position as a Labor and Delivery RN at Baylor Irving.

From a young age, Kalie knew she wanted to be a midwife. Her experience as a labor and delivery nurse confirmed this calling, and she has always believed that women deserve providers who truly advocate for them and whom they can trust.

Kalie obtained her Master of Science in Nurse-Midwifery from George Washington University. She completed her student internship with Midwife + Co in 2020 and soon after joined the team as a full-time midwife.

Kalie and Wes have been married for eight years and have a 2.5-year-old daughter named Lenox. They are expecting their second child, a baby boy, at the end of August, both of whom will be delivered with Midwife + Co. In her free time, Kalie loves spending quality time with loved ones, cooking, reading, exercising, and relaxing.
